இரும்பு குதிரை

பரதேசி படத்திற்குப் பிறகு அதர்வா நடித்து வரும் படம் ‘இரும்பு குதிரை’. இதில் இவருக்கு ஜோடியாக பிரியா ஆனந்த் நடித்துள்ளார். மேலும் இப்படத்தில் ‘7ஆம் அறிவு’ ஜானி, ராய் லட்சுமி ஆகியோர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.

இப்படத்தை யுவராஜ் போஸ் இயக்கியிருக்கிறார். ஏஜிஎஸ் எண்டர்டெயின்மெண்ட் தயாரித்திருக்கிறது. ஜி.வி.பிரகாஷ் இசையமைத்துள்ளார். இப்படத்தில் கேமராமேனாக ‘பீட்சா’ கோபி அமர்நாத் பணியாற்றியிருக்கிறார்.

பாண்டிச்சேரியில் நடந்த உண்மைச் சம்பவத்தை படமாக எடுத்துள்ளார்கள். பைக் ரேஸ் சூழலில் நல்ல பொழுதுபோக்கு அம்சத்துடன் கூடிய ஆக்‌ஷன் கலந்த படமாக உருவாகியுள்ள இப்படத்தின் ஆடியோ மற்றும் டீசர் சமீபத்தில் வெளியானது. இது ரசிகர்கள் மத்தியில் பெறும் வரவேற்பை பெற்று வருகிறது. இப்படத்தில் அதர்வா பைக் ரேஸ் ஓட்டுபவராக வருகிறார்.

இரும்பு குதிரை படத்தை சென்சார் குழுவினர் நாளை அல்லது நாளை மறுநாள் பார்க்க உள்ளனர். அதையடுத்து இப்படத்தை ஆகஸ்ட் 29-ம் தேதி அதாவது பண்டிகை நாளான விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி அன்று வெளியிட திட்டமிட்டுள்ளனர். மேலும் இப்படத்தைப் பார்த்த தயாரிப்பாளர் குழு சந்தோஷத்தில் ஆழ்ந்துள்ளது. குறிப்பாக சண்டைக்காட்சிகள் சிறப்பாக உள்ளது என்று படக்குழுவினரை பாராட்டியுள்ளனர். 

விளையாட்டை மையமாக வைத்து படங்களை தயா‌ரிப்பது தோல்வியை விரும்பி தோளில் மாட்டிக் கொள்வதற்கு சமம். ஹிந்தியில் விளையாட்டை மையப்படுத்தியப் படங்கள் இப்போதுதான் லாபத்தை சம்பாதிக்க ஆரம்பித்திருக்கின்றன. தமிழில் அதன் அதிர்வுதான் ரேஸ் பற்றிய இந்தப் படமும்.

பரதேசிக்குப் பிறகு பள்ளி மாணவன் போல் கதை கேட்ட அதர்வா இரும்பு குதிரையை தேர்வு செய்திருக்கிறார் என்றால் கதை அவரை அசத்தி ஆச்ச‌ரியப்படுத்தியது என்பதால்தான். ஹைடெக் கதை. பணத்தை தண்ணீராக செலவ‌ழித்தால் மட்டுமே ஸ்கி‌ரிப்டில் உள்ளதை ஸ்கி‌‌ரீனுக்கு கொண்டு வர முடியும். அதற்கு வாகாக கிடைத்திருக்கிறது ஏஎ‌ஜிஎஸ் என்டர்டெயின்மெண்ட். மாற்றானின் தோல்விக்குப் பிறகு அதே கே.வி.ஆனந்தை வைத்து அனேகனை தயா‌ரிக்கிறார்கள் என்றால் அவர்களின் தில் உங்களுக்கே பு‌ரிந்திருக்கும்.

ப்‌ரியா ஆனந்த் அதர்வா ஜோடியாக நடிக்கும் இரும்பு குதிரையின் முக்கியமான காட்சிகளை இத்தாலியில் படமாக்கியிருக்கிறார்கள். கூடவே படத்தின் ஃபர்ஸ்ட் லுக்கையும் வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்கள்.

பெயரைப் போலவே கம்பீரமாகதான் இருக்கு ஃபர்ஸ்ட் லுக்கும்.  

அதர்வா முரளி நடித்த இரும்பு குதிரை படம் இம்மாதம் 29-ஆம் தேதி ரிலீசாகவுள்ளது. எனவே அப்படத்தின் புரமோஷன் வேலைகளில் படு பிசியாக இருக்கிறார் அதர்வா.

இரும்பு குதிரை படத்தில் நடித்துக் கொண்டே இன்னொரு பக்கம், கணிதன் மற்றும் ஈட்டி படங்களிலும் நடித்து வந்தார் அதர்வா. இவ்விரு படங்களின் வேலைகளையும் கிட்டத்தட்ட முடித்து விட்டநிலையில், அடுத்து இயக்குநர் பாலாவின் பி.ஸ்டுடியோஸ் தயாரிப்பில், சற்குணம் இயக்கும் படத்தில் நடிக்க இருக்கிறார் அதர்வா.

இப்படத்துக்கு இன்னும் பெயரிடப்படவில்லை. பரதேசியில் படத்தில் நடித்தது மாதிரியே இந்தப் படத்திலும் வித்தியாசமான ஒரு கேரக்டரில் நடிக்கிறாராம் அதர்வா. சற்குணம் தஞ்சை மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்தவர். எனவே அவர் இயக்கிய களவாணி, நய்யாண்டி ஆகிய படங்களை தன்னுடைய கிராமத்தை சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகளிலேயே படமாக்கினார். தற்போது அதர்வா நடிக்கும் படத்தையும் தஞ்சாவூர் பகுதிகளிலேயே படமாக்க இருக்கிறார்.

படப்பிடிப்பு நடக்கும் இடமாக மட்டுமின்றி, கதைக்களமும் தஞ்சாவூர் பின்னணியில் நடப்பதால் இப்படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு தஞ்சாவூரில் இன்று முதல் தொடங்குகிறது. எனவே இரும்பு குதிரை புரமோஷன் வேலையை பாதியில் நிறுத்திவிட்டு தஞ்சாவூர் சென்றுவிட்டார் அதர்வா. இரும்பு குதிரை வெளியாகும் 29 தேதி வாக்கில் மீண்டும் சென்னை வருவாராம்.

Atharvaa is going to set many hearts aflutter with his new look in upcoming Tamil film, Irumbu Kuthirai.

The young actor plays a biker and his lean looks complement his stylish gear and hair, a stark contrast from the village bumpkin Rasa that he played in Bala’s Paradesi.

“After Paradesi, I wanted to do a completely different role,” says Atharvaa, who entered the industry with Bana Kathadi in 2010.

“When Yuvaraj [Bose] narrated the story, I liked it and told him that its success depended on a good screenplay. Once producer Kalpathi Aghoram Brothers stepped in, the film grew into a visually stunning product.”

Atharvaa plays Prithviraj, a student pursuing chartered accountancy who also works part time as a pizza delivery boy. Playing his lover onscreen is Priya Anand.

Basking in the success of her last film, Arima Nambi, Anand says: “My character, Samyuktha, is a medical student from Pondicherry and she is obsessed with bikes.”

Plot

While Prithivraj is happy riding his scooter and delivering pizzas, Samyuktha goads him into buying a speed bike and from then on, things go on a roll.

According to debutant director Yuvaraj Bose, Irumbu Kuthirai is a racy entertainer. Bose, a former assistant of director Arivazhagan Venkatachalam (of Eeram fame), has written the script, inspired from a real life incident in Pondicherry where he grew up.

“In Pondicherry, local bikers lock horns with foreign bikers in open races,” adds Bose, who is crazy about motorbikes.

There are plenty of action scenes centred on bikes in the film. Stunt sequences were shot in Italy. Vietnamese actor and Hollywood stuntman Johnny Tri Nyugen plays the villain. This is Tri Nyugen’s second Tamil film. He was last seen in the Surya starrer 7am Arivu. Atharvaa has performed stunt sequences without a double.

“I underwent training under international technicians and it called for immense patience and concentration,” says Atharvaa, a car lover for whom bikes were a new experience.

Lakshmi Rai plays a significant role as Christine, a biker and Prithviraj’s friend. She sports tattoes all over her body. Alisha Abdullah, India’s first woman motorbiker, plays a cameo.

“This story is new in Tamil cinema and many young men will connect with the story,” says Bose.
